Last weekend’s Ospreys Youth Cup Final victory brings to a close an amazing chapter for the quartet, who have overseen the same group of players for more than 10 years.

To see their long journey culminate in lifting the Ospreys Youth Cup on Saturday - an impressive fourth title in five seasons - is fitting and richly deserved, a moment that reflects their hard work and dedication to the players they've helped develop and nurture from boys into young men.

On behalf of the players, parents, supporters and the wider club, thank you Andy, Chris, John and Paul, your efforts are greatly appreciated. Your legacy will now live on in the lads who’ve worn the jersey and in the standards you’ve set for the players and coaches who will follow.

While this chapter closes, it’s not the end of the road for Andy, who now takes up his new role as Director of Rugby for the club, where he will support ongoing coaching development and strengthen the pathway from minis through to youth and senior rugby.
