The Role

The successful candidates will:

• Help lead and develop the Senior Team programme
• Create a competitive, positive training and match environment
• Integrate and develop youth players into senior rugby
• Uphold and drive club standards on and off the field Support Structure

Support Structure

These roles are supported by the Director of Rugby, who oversees player pathways, coaching standards, and long-term rugby strategy, providing the structure and support for the Head Coach to succeed.
