Under 8s is for boys and girls in Year 3 at school. At this level, children still play Tag Rugby with a continued focus on invasion by evasion (scoring tries by evasive running), but are introduced to accurate passing to a moving receiver. For the full WRU U8 TAG Pathway Laws click here

Training: Wednesdays from 6.00pm - 7.00pm (Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of training so we can begin promptly. After training finishes please leave between 7.00pm and 7.15pm or wait until 7.30pm when the Junior teams have arrived for their training session).

Newcomers: We always welcome newcomers so if your child wants to get involved please bring them along to give it a go. Get in touch with one of the coaches (see below) beforehand if you would like more information and to find out where to meet.

What to bring: Boots (or trainers if the ground is hard) and a water bottle. When it's cold or raining please don't forget warm base layers, a hat, and a waterproof/windproof coat.
