PITCH ALLOCATION FOR U6S - U11S (WEDNESDAY EVENINGS)

CLUB ACCESS ON WEDNESDAY EVENINGS

Pwlldu Lane is a single-lane road that can get very congested so please let your parents know about the one-way system that is in operation just before, and just after training on Wednesday evenings.

Those attending the earlier training session on Wednesday evenings (6pm - 7pm) must:

arrive between 5:45pm and 6pm.
leave between 7:00pm and 7:15pm or wait until 7.30pm when the Junior teams have arrived for their training session.

Those attending the later training session on Wednesday evenings (7:30pm - 8:30pm) must:

not enter Pwlldu Lane before 7:15pm to allow the Minis teams from the previous training session to leave the club.

PITCH ALLOCATION FOR MINIS AND JUNIOR MATCHES

The Junior Fixture Secretary will use the Match section on the website to preliminary allocate pitch space. Coaches or Team Managers will need to contact the Junior Fixture Secretary to confirm fixtures and times. If approved the Team Manager can add/amend the fixture on your team's homepage.

Please note - Minis (U7 - U11) and up to two junior teams (U12 - U16) can play at home each Sunday. If pitches are congested, kick-off times are to be staggered and/or matches to be played at Bishopston Comprehensive School.

CHARGING FOR ENTRY ON MATCH DAYS

On Saturdays, for Youth and Senior matches, entry is £2 per person*. It is £2 per spectator, whether you’re walking or driving in, and as part of your entry fee, you'll be entered into the club raffle.

On Sundays, for Junior and Minis matches, it is a voluntary donation of £1 per car* . Where possible, we encourage all parents to car share. Entry is free for parents and spectators who come on foot.
